How to hard reset Samsung galaxy A7 ?

1, first power off the phone and press  “Volume up
button home button & power button simultaneously.

 hold more than 10seconds

2, An Android logo should appear(android is updating) Use the volume buttons to navigate and select
“Wipe data/factory reset“.

Select “Yes“.
hard reset was done

Select “Reboot” once complete.
